He should have the following qualification / experience.
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
- Tot al Professional Experience of 15 years in handling Highway Contracts.
- At least 5 years experience as Team Leader/Resident Engineer/Project Manager orsimilar capacity in Highway project.
- He should have handled as Team Leader/Resident Engineer/Project Manager or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision of Highways.
- He should have handled as Team Leader or similar capacity of at least one Projects of project preparation of major highway Project of two/ four- laning.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management/Transportation/Highway Engineering//Structural Engineering/ any specialised stream of Civil Engineering
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management
Resident Engineer
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Total Professional Experience of 12 years in handling Highway Projects.
- At least 8 years experience as Resident Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer/Project Director/Project Manager/Superintending Engineer or equivalent/Executive Engineer or equivalent on similar construction work/Independent Engineering project.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Highway/Transportation/Pavement Engineering.
- Experience of Construction Supervision on Highway Project.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
- Total Professional Experience of 15 years in handling Highway Contracts.
- At least 10 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Highway project.
- He should have handled as Quantity Surveyor in at least two projects in Construction Supervision of Two/four of laning Highways.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management/Engineering/certificate course inmanagement/ certificate course in construction management/certificate course in contractmanagement.
Material Engineer Cum Sr. Quality Expert
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience of 12 years in construction of Highways / Roads / AirfieldRunways
- Experience of 5 years in similar capacity in Construction / Construction Supervision of Highway projects.
- Experience as Material / Geotechnical Engineer in Construction/ConstructionSupervision of at least 2 Highway projects.
- Must be familiar with material property of road construction material, technicalspecifications and procedures of material tests and testing equipments.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Geo-Technical Engineering/Soil Mechanics and FoundationEngineering.
- Abroad experience as Material Engineer in Highway Construction projects.
Senior contract specialist
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience of 15 years in Contract Management.
- Experience of at least 4 years as Contract Specialist on any National/State Highway project.
- Contract Management of a large Highway contract say over Rs.150 crore includingexperience of handling Variation orders, claims of the contractor and there appropriate disposal.
- Handled Arbitration cases in respect of any Highway project.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Degree in Law/PG in management/certificate course in management/ certificate coursein construction management/certificate course in contract management.
Senior Pavement Specialist
He should have the following qualification / experience.
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience of 10 years in Pavement Design / Pavement Construction / Pavement Maintenance of Highways / Roads / Airfield Runways.
- Experience of 5 years in similar capacity in Construction / Construction Supervision of 2/4/6 laning** of major highway projects.
- Experience as Pavement / Geotechnical Engineer in Construction/Construction Supervision of at least 2 major highway projects.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Highway Engineering / Pavement Engineering /Transportation.
- Experience in similar capacity in Highway Development Project in innovative/non traditional technology and design.
Bridge & Structural engineer
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Total Professional Experience of 15 years.
- 10 years experience in Construction / Construction Supervision of bridge / interchange /any other structures.
- Must be familiar with modern methods of construction of bridges/ROB/flyover involving.
- RCC/pre-stress concrete, design standards, technical specifications and statistical Quality.
- Control/Assurance procedures for construction of different component of bridges.
- Experience in similar capacity in supervision of Major Highway Bridges on Pile/Well foundation.
- Experience in supervision of Rehabilitation and repair of 2 nos Bridges.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Experience as a Bridge Engineer abroad.
Senior Geotechnical Engineer Cum Geologist
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
- Total Professional Experience of 20 years
- He should have handled at least 2 projects as Team Leader or similar capacity in Construction Supervision of Highway Projects.
- Experience in handling at least 1 project of slope protection work element of Railway project/Hydro project/Highway project/Thermal project/Irrigationproject/Building project/Tunnel Project involving Construction and Construction supervision.
- Experience in handling at least 1 project modern technology in like Soil Nailing, Rock Bolting, Gabions and Geosynthetics is in Construction and Construction supervision of Highway.
- Project/Railway Project/Hydro Project/Irrigation Project/Thermal project/Building Project/ Tunnel Project in similarly capacity.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management/Highway Engineering/Geology/RockMachine s/Geotechnical/Soil Mechanics from recognized University.
- Experience as Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer abroad.
Team Leader cum Tunnel Expert
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
- Total Professional Experience of 12 years in handling Highway Projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity in Highway Development Project.
- He should have handled as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision / IC.
- He should have handled as Team Leader or similar capacity of at least two Projects of project Preparation of major highway Project I/c Tunnel.
- He should experience as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity in Operation and Maintenance of Major Highway Projects I/c Tunnel.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management /Structural Engineering/ any specialised stream of Civil Engineering.
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management.
Road Safety Expert
He should have the following qualification/experience:
(1) Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience of 10 years in handling Highway projects.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Road Safety works of Major HighwayProjects (4 / 6 laning projects).
- Experience in similar capacity in Road Safety Audit of at least 2 nos 2/4/6lane** highway / expressway project including 1 nos at design stage.
- Experience in similar capacity in the field of Road Safety ManagementPlan.
(2) Preferential Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Traffic Transportation/Safety Engineering.
- Experience in similar capacity in identification and improvement of blackspots on Major Highway Project.
- Experience in similar capacity in Preparation of Road Safety ManagementPlan for inter urban Highways.
Quantity Surveyor
Qualification and experience
The candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in the field of estimating, preparation and processing of the invoices, analyzing rates, checking survey details etc. of the projects. He should have about 8 years of relevant professional experience involving resource planning and scheduling, quantity survey, cost control, contract management etc. Diploma holders with longer relevant experience of about 12 years could also be considered. He must have worked as Quantity Surveyors for at least 4 years in any National/State Highway Projects.
Assistant Quality Cum Material Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
The Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering or diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience.
Assistant highway engineer
Qualifications and Experience
The Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Cad Expert
Qualifications and Experience
He should be Graduate in Civil Engineering/Computer Science having experience in computer related design method for highway engineering.
Environmental Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
The Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or other relevant qualification. He should have at least 6 years experience out of which 2 years in highway projects. He should have good knowledge of MOEF guidelines/requirements for mitigation measures.
Assistant Bridge Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
The Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience. He should have handled at least 1 major bridge project.
Survey Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
He should be a graduate civil engineer with 3 years for BE Civil & 6 years for Diploma holder. Survey Engineer should be conversant with modem survey equipment, total stations, auto level, digital level etc. He should have worked in at least one major highway project.
Lab Technician
Qualification and experience
They should be at least Diploma-holders with about 5 to 6 years of experience in handling the quality control tests laboratories for road/bridge works or Graduates in Science with about 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of testing of road/bridge projects.
Electrical Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
The Candidate should be Graduate in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute. He should have at least 6 years experience.
HTMS/TOLLING SYSTEM EXPERT
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should be a senior Systems Engineer having experience of at least 15 Years. He should be an expert in preparation of standards for projects of toll collection and HTMS. He should have bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science/other relevant areas. He should have experience of international latest practices in the field of HTMS and tolling. He should have work experience on at least 2 similar projects in similar capacity.
